Alarm Infocenter offers a family of laser circular coolers of low and moderate power, especially well suited for pulse lasers.
"Water-water" circular cooler
Compact 2 contours water-water circular cooler with a primary circuit of water supply system, flow rate of which is being controlled by e-m valve on signals from thermocontroller “OVEN 101”, and secondary circuit of clean laser coolant, including the pump ACQUATEC 55xx and fine filter. Contours are thermo connected by effective small size heat exchanger. Sensors of pressure in primary and secondary circuits, sensors of water flow and temperature in secondary circuit prevent the laser system of failure via overheat in cases of coolant leakage, pump crash, etc.

Water-water cooler is capable to cool the laser with the heat removal up to 600W at contours temperature difference 4-5 deg. The cooler is assembled in standard 3U housing (483х132.5х450mm).
Functional Scheme 1.
Principle of work
Water pump 55XX Aquatec Water System, Inc. creates in secondary circuit water pressure up to 3 bars at flow rate 3-4 l/min. Pressure pulsations are being suppressed by special air damper and fine (5 micron) filter on the way to DPSS laser module.
Digital thermocontroller “OVEN 101” drives the electro-magnetic valve in the primary circuit and provides temperature control in the secondary circuit with accuracy +/- 0.1 deg.
The cooler incorporates 4 sensors:
- Pressure 0 – pressure switch (1 bar setting) to control pressure in the primary circuit.
- Pressure - pressure switch (1 bar setting) to control pressure in the secondary circuit.
- Flow switch (1l/min setting) to control coolant flow in the secondary circuit.
- Temperature sensor to control coolant temperature in the secondary circuit.
Status of all sensors are LED indicated on the front panel, and on its signals base the permission for Laser Driver operation is being formed.
"Water-Air" circular Cooler
The cooler kind of "water-ambient air" with looped primary circuit, including the circular water pump and radiator with fans, rotating speed of which is being controlled by thermo-controller. Heat exchanger and the secondary circuit are identical to the 1. The cooler is capable to dump up to 300W at temperature gap between ambient air and laser coolant - 4-5 deg. . The cooler 2. is assembled in standard housing 4U.

"Water-Conditioned Air" circular Cooler
3. The cooler type of "Water-Conditioned Air" (chiller) is capable to maintain any set temperature of the laser coolant independently of ambient air temperature. This is variant of the cooler 2., with addition of household conditioner. Dimensions of the housing 483х460х450mm.
